Black Cohosh Root supports healthy estrogen levels not by providing estrogen but by improving brain-organ communication and modulating cell receptors. Black cohosh is an excellent herb to balance female hormones because it is a phytoestrogen, which can help to lower elevated estrogen or raise low estrogen

Chaste Tree Berriesmight work as a hormone balancer by targeting the hormones progesterone and prolactin, balancing the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus.
